The GL Core Modules Introductory Course is designed for users who are new to the IDEAS General Ledger core modules and for those who would like to develop their Financial Report Writer Skills.  The four day course includes:  GL Design and Configuration, Creating and Maintaining Chart of Accounts, Journal Entry, Spreadsheet Link Importing and Exporting, Maintaining Budgets, Introduction to Report Writer, Advanced topics on Report Writer and more.

The Advanced Report Writer Course is designed for existing IDEAS users who are familiar with the Report Writer and Chartmaster concepts.  The two-day course utilizes lectures and workshops to reinforce the users' knowledge of the Report Writer.  The lectures include advanced topics covering all aspects of the Report Writer and include: Standard Column Definitions, Report Specifications, Report Generation and so much more.

The IT Administrator Course is designed for those responsible for the installation and/or maintenance of an IDEAS implementation.  The two-day course covers: MS/SQL Installation and Configuration, IDEAS Installation and Upgrade Procedures,  IDEAS System Setup and Security, IDEAS Components, IDEAS System Utilities and SQL Scripts, Database Maintenance and Recovery Procedures, Data Import and Export Options and Methods and more.

The AP Course is designed for any IDEAS users who are responsible for the day-to-day procedures in the finance department..  The three-day course covers: AP Set-Up, Entity maintenance, Vendor Maintenance, AP Reports, AP Checks, AP Journals and more.

**The IDEAS Customer Association Annual Conference is held each October.  An IDEAS General Ledger Core Modules Introductory class will be held in the Tampa office the week prior to the conference with a class (to be announced) offered immediately following the conference.  PLEASE NOTE:  The dates listed are tentative until the conference dates are announced.  The class to follow the conference may be held at the conference site in lieu of the Tampa office.
