Petro Andina Resources Inc. is a private company headquartered in Calgary, Canada and operating in Argentina. The Company completed a $36 million financing in December 2004 to fund its 2005 capital program. The Company is now implementing a waterflood pilot project at its JCP discovery in the Province of Mendoza, as well as conducting further appraisal and exploration activity on its 350,000 acre land position in the Neuquen Basin.
